Our shop is open Monday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 4: 00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Victoria Day, Father's Day, Canada Day and Labour Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Remembrance Day, and Labour Day.

   

We serve Swift Current city and the immediate area with deliveries 2-3 times daily. We also serve the surrounding communities of Waldeck, Rush Lake, Herbert, Morse, Hazlet, Pennant, Cabri, Abbey, Webb, Gull Lake, Tompkins, Wymark, Stewart Valley, Kyle, Lucky Lake and a few others with a local courier company delivering weekdays for $25.00

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

Orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

A cancellation fee of $15.00 will be applied to all requests for cancellation of an order on or after its date of delivery. (This will not apply to requests made prior to the delivery date). An order that has been delivered may not be cancelled.

A $18.00 fee will be charged for any order that must be redelivered (following a first delivery attempt) due to incorrect recipient information provided by the sender.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. An extra fee may apply.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
